Your main tasks and responsibilites

In your role as Junior Accountant you are dealing with the daily business and ensuring the correct accounting records, as well as on time payment to vendors and income payment from customers. You will support the Finance Manager in preparing month-, quarter- and year-end closing, webreporting.

Processing of business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounting (ERP System Business Central)
Booking of bank statements
Execution of payment runs and reminders
Preparing accounts and tax returns
Handling supplier invoices and collect their approvals
Vendor payments
Handling Travel Expense Reports
Preparation of VAT returns and other external reports
Maintenance of customers and supplier master data
Substitute for teammates in their absence
General administrative tasks

Requirements

Commercial Education and/or degree in Accounting
Relevant experience in a similar position
Very good English skills
Excellent knowledge of mayor ERP system (Business Central preferred)
Excellent Excel skills
