We are looking for a

Field Service Technician (m/f/d) with strong electrical skills

Your Tasks

As a Field Service Technician you’ll be working in a dynamic environment, solving complex problems and providing professional service and support for our customers. Your tasks might include simple servicing, start up commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing and implementing upgrades to Aviation products. You will work in close contact with our customers providing both on-site and telephone support. The areas of application are West and Northern Europe.

Your Main Tasks and Responsibilites

Identify causes of operating errors and resolve equipment malfunctions and problems in a timely and efficient manner
Professionally establish customer relationship using solution-oriented communication and service through both on-site and telephone support
Provide on time service reports to the Service Manager of all activities performed on site and complete all required documentation
Compliance with all safety policies, practices and procedures at all times
Develop and update safety policies and practices related to on-site safety requirements
Good English in speaking and writing

Your Experience and Skills

Examinated in Electronics or other relevant educational background in electronic
Hands-on maintenance hands-on experience on electro-mechanical equipment
Operative planning
Mechanical and electronic skills in error detection and repair
PLC knowledges
Understanding of mechanical and electronic specifications and engineering principles
Customer focused
