Planner

At our site located in Gijón, Asturias, we are looking for a Planner who is responsible for developing, coordinating, and optimizing strategic and operational plans to ensure the company meets its objectives. Their role includes resource management, data analysis, project tracking.

1. Planning and Strategy:
   • Develop production, supply, or project plans according to company needs.
   • Establish resource optimization strategies to meet deadlines and budgets.
2. Resource Management:
   • Coordinate with different departments (production, logistics, procurement, sales) to ensure the availability of supplies and resources.
   • Monitor the efficient use of materials, time, and costs.
3. Analysis and Monitoring:
   • Analyze performance, capacity, and demand data to adjust action plans.
   • Prepare tracking reports and propose improvements to optimize planning.
   • Identify risks and propose solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns.
4. Coordination and Communication:
   • Act as a liaison between different areas to ensure smooth execution of plans.
   • Communicate planning changes to the relevant teams.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 2-5 years in planning, logistics, operations, or production roles.
• Skills:
  • Data analysis and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency in planning tools (ERP, MRP, Advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organization and time management.
  • Spanish and English (B2)
