Electrical Design Engineer (m/f/d) Junior

Your Main Tasks and Responsibilites
The Jr. Electrical Engineer will assist with the design, development and implementation of electrical systems and components. This role ensures that all electrical designs meet industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements, while optimizing performance and cost efficiency.
- Electrical Design & Development:
- Design and develop electrical systems, schematics, and layouts.
- Select and specify electrical components (cables, transformers, circuit breakers, control panels, etc.).
- Perform load calculations, power distribution analysis, and circuit design.
- Testing & Implementation:
- Develop and execute testing procedures for electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with international standards (IEC, NEC, IEEE, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in prototypes and production units.
- Project Coordination & Documentation:
- Work closely with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams to integrate electrical components.
- Prepare technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, specifications, and reports.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure that all electrical designs comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Knowledge of electrical design, power systems, or automation.
- Proficiency in EPLAN software is essential.
- Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations (IEC, NEC, IEEE, etc.).
- Knowledge of PLC programming, control systems, or power electronics is a plus.
- English communication - C1 level preferred.
- Experienced in dealing with common MS Office applications.
